In this second lesson of parting thoughts John leaves us with as he prepares to move on to a new work, he warns us of the unrelenting encroachment of immorality on the church—namely, homosexuality, divorce, and inappropriate dress. He exhorts us to continue to hold fast to what the word of God has to say on these topics.
