Making Bible Reading a Habit

We look at a man who has preached for years, see the ease with which he recalls passages and makes connections between passages, and we marvel: How does he do it? We do not see the hours and hours over the years that he spent reading and thinking about the Bible. How do we develop a reading habit so that, over time, we build a similar breadth of knowledge?
