Vain Worship

There is worship that God finds pleasing, and there is worship, vain worship, that He does not. Sometimes we worship in vain because we elevate man-made tradition over God's explicit instruction. Other times it is because we are observing the proper form of worship, but not from the heart. We must aim to worship God both in the form that He asks and with the fervor He deserves.
