Seeing God

This life brings us disappointment and tragedy, and sometimes the accompanying despair makes us wonder whether even God is capable of bringing us any joy in the midst of such deep distress. The Bible tells us of individuals who similarly were in the throes of grief, unable to make sense of what had befallen them … until they came face to face with God.
