The Bible and Dating, Part 1

The modern concept of dating is a relatively new cultural innovation. At a time in their lives when they are least equipped to be able to handle the pressures and temptations that come with dating, we send our children out the door, typically, with little advice about this new phase of their lives. While the Bible does not address dating directly, it does establish a number of principles that parents can use to establish guidelines and offer sound counsel on dating for their children and that godly young men and women can use to inform their decisions as they begin dating.
