Born Again

People often throw around the phrase "born-again Christian," though most—even so-called Christians—do not really understand what the "born-again" part means. The expression arises from John 3 and the conversation between Jesus and Nicodemus. Jesus expressly affirmed that new birth is necessary, life-changing, and hopeful. But what does it mean to be born again, and how and when does God give people new birth? This sermon answers these questions.
