Creation Matters

Many religious folk desire to find some compromise between the account Genesis presents of creation and the prevailing secular theories for the origin of the world. This is a fool's errand. Besides the fact that significant details simply do not line up between the Bible story of creation and, for instance, the theory of evolution, dismissing or allegorizing the first few chapters of Genesis undermines every significant Bible doctrine.
