Do we think enough about God, about His word, about Jesus, about salvation, that it just comes out naturally in our everyday speech? If not, then when we finally decide to speak up to our friends and neighbors, we come off clumsy at best, hostile and disingenuous at worst. Additionally, sharing the gospel takes time, effort, and patience. All too often, we are poor evangelists because we are not willing to slow down and give our friends and neighbors our time and show them genuine interest.
