Service Starts with Sacrifice

The sacrifice of Christ is the example and motivation of Christian service (and worship). Jesus offered His body for us. Christians are, therefore, to offer their bodies as sacrifices that are living, holy, and acceptable to God. But this is not an every aspect of life—even the unconscious parts—is worship concept. The decision to sanctify our bodies for service is willful. Our service to God begins with a sacrifice—His and ours.
