The Strong Will of Pharaoh

Having a strong will is not always a bad thing, but when it causes us to rebel against God, a strong will (hard heart) is disastrous. Pharaoh in Exodus learned this the hard way. But what does it mean that Pharaoh (and God) hardened his heart? What does a hard heart look like, and how can we keep our will in line with the will of God? This sermon examines the three Hebrew words translated “hard” or “harden” in Exodus and offers practical applications for us today.
